  • How long does the shipping take?
    For food orders, it will take 15-30 mins for the delivery, depending on the distance. For clothes, it will take 1-3 days of shipping, depending on the unit's availability.
  • What are the payment options?
    We accept cash on delivery, digital payment using bank accounts, e-wallet payment (Gcash, Paymaya).
  • How can I track my order?
    You can track your order from your shipping confirmation email or by visiting the app or Shopify.com. We send an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships, which you can use any time to check its progress.
  • What are the shipping options?
    The shipping option is only through land transport via Motorbike or Truck.
  • What should I do if I encounter a problem/error/blank page on the Shopify App?
    If you encounter technical issues on the Shopify App, such as problem loading pages, payment not processing, inability to add a product to cart, or inability to send messages via chat, try the following basic troubleshooting techniques: - Close and re-open Shopify App (force close the application if necessary). - Clear your Shopify App cache by going to the Me tab > Select the ⚙️ icon > Select About > Clear Cache. - Log out and log in to your Shopify account again. - Make sure your Shopify App is updated to the latest version. - Uninstall and reinstall Shopify App.
  • Can I request for an exchange?
    Shopify does not offer direct exchange between buyers and sellers. If you are not satisfied with the product(s) received, you may raise a return/refund request and then purchase other products that you prefer. NOTE: After raising a return/refund request, you’ll need to wait for the request to be accepted before you can ship the product(s) for return. The refund will be processed once the product is checked and accepted by the seller/Shopify team.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    No, we have strictly no cancel of orders policy. If needed, you may contact one of our virtual assistants to settle your cancellation request.
  • What if my order got lost?
    If you have a scheduled delivery and the tracking details show your package was delivered, but you can't locate it. You may contact our Customer service and request a refund by starting a return.
